Keeping it Simple.  Nothing fancy or fused together.  Just 6 ingredients.  

Our Bagels boiled then baked at a high temperature to ensure a nice crisp shell and chewy inside. 

Offered in 7 flavors:  Plain, Poppy, Sesame, Salt, Everything, Onion, Cinnamon Raisin and Cheese.
